Where are you based?

We are currently based in London, UK

Where do you source the pieces from?

All our pieces are sourced form reputable manufactures based in the UK or USA. All pieces comes in original packing.

How do I know what size to order?

We aim to have something for all sizes. A pop up size chart detailing size conversion is available under the 'Add To Cart' button above the description of all items. 

Do I have to create an account to shop online?

No, you don't need to create an account to shop online. After you've completed your order, you will be asked whether or not you'd like to create an account, and you can choose not to if you wish.

However, we would recommend creating an account so that you can easily track your orders and checkout when placing future orders.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently only accept payment through PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to checkout with Paypal. 

How do I know you have received my order?

You will receive an order confirmation email to the email address you provided when placing your order. If you have placed an order and not received the confirmation email, please check your spam folder and if you still have not received it then please contact us at Tiazboutique@gmail.com

Will I be charges customs and import charges?

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches it's destination country and these charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges, we recommend contacting your local customs office for current charges before you order so that you aren't surprised by charges you were not expecting. 

How do I cancel my order?

If you have placed an order and then wish to cancel it, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. As we like to have your order prepared to send out as soon as we can.

Once you have placed an order with us we are unable to make any amendments once we've processed it, however if you contact us with 2 hours we will do all they can to cancel your original order and we will help you place an new order.

What are the delivery options?

Do you ship to my country?

We are proud to say we ship worldwide. Please refer to our Shipping and Delivery page for a comprehensive shipping cost  and delivery timeframe.

Where is my order?

If your delivery is more than 4 working days overdue, then please contact us at Tiazboutique@gmail.com and we will investigate it for you. To help us process this as quickly as possible, please make sure you provide these details - order date, your order number, full name on order and delivery address when you contact us.
